Essential Reformer
Essential Reformer is a beginners class appropriate for all fitness levels. If you have no experience with a reformer or are just getting started with Reformer Pilates this class is for you.

Intermediate Reformer
Intermediate Reformer class builds on our Level I class with a few progressions. We assume you know how to set up your reformer and have had a few level I classes under your belt.

Advanced Reformer
Advanced Reformer Looking to up the challenge of the Level I/II classes? Well, this class is for you! This is getting exciting, we will give you more progressions and a chance to further your skills and fitness.

Senior’s Reformer
Our Senior’s Level Reformer class will teach you the foundation of an amazing and challenging movement sequence that is suitable for clients with less flexibility and stamina. The movements are slower and have a bit more rest than our other classes. We recommend the senior’s class if you think you are thirty but are really much older.

Cardio-Tramp
The workout, designed to stimulate both cardiovascular and muscular effectiveness is ideal for both the recreational and professional athlete. Discover how to combine progressive plyometric intervals, varying both in length and intensity, with muscular strength and endurance moves on the vertical mini trampoline. The routine features non-traditional Pilates exercises that use the incredible diversity of the Reformer to effectively train both concentric and eccentric muscular ability.
